Marketing Copywriting Lab provides professional marketing copywriting services including sales funnel copy, product launch copy suites, ad campaign copywriting, brand voice playbooks, conversion copy audits, and content strategy copy packs. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown on the Stripe payment page.
After payment, a brief intake form is sent within one business day. Work begins once the completed brief is received and confirmed. If no brief is received within 14 days of the intake form being sent, we will follow up once. If no response is received within 7 additional days, the project may be cancelled per the Refund Policy.
Foundation Package: 7 business days from brief confirmation. Growth Package: 5 business days. Authority Package: 48 business hours. Priority Review add-on: 48 hours on any package. Timelines apply to first drafts. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Foundation includes 2 revision rounds. Growth and Authority include unlimited revisions. Revisions apply to the scope defined in the original brief. Significant direction changes after writing has begun may be scoped as additional work.
Upon full payment and final delivery, you own the delivered copy outright. You may use, modify, and publish it without restriction. We retain no rights to use your copy as a portfolio sample without your written permission.
All client materials are treated as confidential. We do not share project information with third parties. NDA available on request before starting.
You agree not to use our services to produce copy for illegal activity, fraud, deliberate deception, or content that violates applicable law. We may terminate a project if misrepresentation is discovered.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from delivered copy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clinton County, Ohio.
