This policy applies to all purchases made through marketingcopywritinglab.com. Refunds depend on the stage at which cancellation is requested.
If you cancel before returning the completed brief intake form, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee. Email hello@marketingcopywritinglab.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
If you cancel after submitting the brief but before active writing has started, you are eligible for a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers research and strategy time.
If delivered copy materially fails to address the submitted brief, contact us within 7 days of first draft delivery with specific feedback. We will review the copy and brief and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include additional revision, partial credit, or in exceptional cases a partial refund.
The Priority Review surcharge is non-refundable once we have begun work under the expedited timeline. Other add-ons follow the same schedule as the base package.
Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice may be rescheduled within 60 days. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
If no brief is received within 21 days of the intake form being sent, the order may be cancelled and a 50% refund issued, minus the $25.00 processing fee.
Email hello@marketingcopywritinglab.com with your order reference and reason. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days via the original Stripe payment method.
