Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All Marketing Copywriting Lab services are delivered digitally. No physical product is ever shipped.

2. Delivery Method

Completed copy is delivered via a shared Google Document link sent to the email address provided at checkout. On request, we deliver in Microsoft Word, plain text, formatted HTML, or structured CMS-ready text. Specify your preferred format in the brief -- there is no additional charge for format changes.

3. Delivery Windows

All windows begin from the date the completed brief intake form is received and confirmed, not from the date of payment.

• Foundation Package: First draft within 7 business days of brief confirmation.
• Growth Package: First draft within 5 business days of brief confirmation.
• Authority Package: First draft within 48 business hours of brief confirmation.
• Priority Review Add-On: Reduces first draft window to 48 business hours on any package.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

4. Revision Delivery

Revisions are delivered in the same shared document. You will receive an email notification when each revision round is ready. Revision rounds have a 7-day review window. No response within 7 days is treated as approval of the current draft.

5. Notification

We notify you by email when each draft is ready. Add hello@marketingcopywritinglab.com to your safe sender list. If you do not receive a notification within the delivery window, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

6. Delays

If a project requires more time than the standard window, we notify you before the deadline and agree on a revised timeline. We do not proceed on a changed timeline without your agreement.
